What is the company looking for?

  • 10+ years of progressive, related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
  • Report directly to the CFO to serve as a strategic tax thought partner, while educating colleagues on tax topics & concepts.
  • Serve as a senior leader of the company and manage a high functioning tax team, leading strategic projects to further develop the scalability of the Clark companies.
  • Advise shareholders on tax minimization strategies & set them up for future growth initiatives.
  • Identify and implement continual improvements within tax processes, teaming, & organization.

Compensation:

  • $250,000 – $275,000 base salary + bonus
    • Total Compensation = $400,000 – $500,000
  • Hybrid position
