What is the company looking for?
- 8+ years of experience
- PE licensure is required
- Leadership experience is preferred – Will manage a team of four with a target of adding an additional 6 team members in the next 12 months
- Must have working knowledge of bridge engineering to include the ability to read a load rating analysis
- You’ll spend 30-40% of your time in the office with the remainder of the time working from home, or in the field growing the business.
Role Breakdown:
- 10-20% – Billable Design Work: Primarily bridge inspection and design work today
- 80-90% – QA/QC, Growing the team, and Developing new client relationships
Compensation:
- Base salary of up to $150,000
