Pacific Lifestyle Homes has been around since 1996. They are a ~120 person company, but quickly growing. Intitally starting in Vancouver, they expanded to Tacoma in 2014 and are beginning their 3rd expansion into the Boise market.

As a whole, PLH builds around 350 homes a year, totaling over 6000 since their inception. If all goes according to plan, they hope to breakground and begin building in Boise before the end of this year.

While Pacific Lifestyle Homes builds production homes, they also have a higher-end, custom home division called Garrette Custom Homes.

What is the company looking for?

  • 5+ years experience with residential Purchasing
    • Purchasing experience within Boise is a HUGE plus
    • Ability to bring connections to a company who is entering the market will help jump start their relationships with locals
  • Prior leadership experience is a must
    • This role will have direct reports
  • Must enjoy working with vendors, both front facing and on the back end
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate with vendors, as well as properly documenting prices and performance

Compensation:

  • Salary Expectations: $100,000 – $130,000
