What is the company looking for?

  • 8+ years’ experience with PE Licensure
    • History of bridge project completion is a must
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microstation, Geopak, and Open Roads Designer required
    • Knowledge of AASHTO, AREMA, and DOT standards preferred
  • Experience with 1-3 span bridge projects, steel, and/or concrete construction
    • Additional experience with trusses, balanced cantilever, or cable stay bridges is a plus

Role Breakdown:

  • 50% Billable project activities
  • 35% Outward facing client development
  • 15% Non-billable project activities (internal management of team)

Compensation:

  • $140k – $200k (dependent on experience)
  • + Profit sharing bonus
