What is the company looking for?
- 12+ years of experience working on Building Engineering Systems in a Healthcare (preferably Hospital) environment
- Create maintenance plans for all Building Engineering Systems including boilers, chillers, electrical, plumbing
- Lives are at risk if one or multiple of these systems were to fail
- Responsible for leading 80+ other facilities team members
- Collaborate with other department heads such as Construction Management and EVS to help create the safest and most successful environment possible
