Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research in related industries
- Source market leads for potential new business opportunities
- Utilize various forms of electronic communication to reach out to new business prospects
- Provide support to Partner in managing business development workflow
- Manage and frequently update CRM database
- Consistently deliver white glove customer service experience to companies and candidates
- Become familiar with a multitude of recruitment tools to perform outreach
Qualifications:
- No industry experience needed
- Demonstrate rigor and drive to succeed
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Commutable distance to Broadview Heights, OH (In-office position)
- This position is $15/hour + performance bonuses
- Flexible schedule, 15-30 hours per week
