Position Overview:
Bridgeway Partners is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
- Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Bridgeway Partners’ services.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Practice Partners and Associates to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meetings set.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Commutable distance to Broadview Heights, OH (4 days in office per week)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Total compensation range: $55,000 – $68,000, including base salary and performance-based incentives.
